Intensive Courses

Intensive courses are for those who wish to compact the learning process into a short space of time.

It is quite feasible this could be done in around a week, depending on previous experience and the learner's natural co-ordination and ability.

An assessment lesson would determine the length of course required. Someone who has taken a test recently and narrowly failed may only need a  one day course with a test straight after. A novice may require 7-10 days, depending on their natural rate of learning.

As an experienced instructor I understand everyone's learning curve may be different. It is important to progress at a rate that is right for you.

A typical day of intensive driving would consist of a 5-hour day. Driving time will be broken up by examining the objectives of each subject, recording the progress so far, and recapping the knowledge gained. A break would be taken in the middle for brunch/lunch, I will pay! At any point you are advised to take a break as needed, so as not to drive in a 'tired' or 'unfocused' state of mind. If you feel a 5-hour day is not for you, why not try a 3 or 4-hour day?

Take a look at the 'Example Course Schedule' for information on the content of an intensive course.
